All materials available on kelyphite.info, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by kelyphite or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from kelyphite.

You agree not to remove or alter any ownership notices in content available on the service. We reserve the right to protect our intellectual property rights to the full extent of the law.

6. User-Generated Content

You may be able to upload, post, or otherwise submit content to the service. You keep all rights in that content; however, by submitting it to kelyphite.info, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide right to use, copy, modify, publish, and distribute that content.

You warrant that you have all rights needed for the content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights. kelyphite is not responsible for user-generated content and may remove any content that, in our view, breaches these Terms of Service.

7. Payment Terms

Use of the service may require payment. You agree to pay all fees related to your use of the service according to the applicable rates. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change our rates at any time with prior notice. You are responsible for paying fees on time, and if payment is late we may suspend or cancel your access to the service.

kelyphite may change or stop offering services at any time, and may change these Terms of Service. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the service will be treated as acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service and tell us that you intend to cancel your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kelyphite is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

We do not warrant that the service will run without interruption or error, and we are not liable for outages or delays. You use the service at your own risk, and we are not responsible for losses that result from your use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability, so the limits above may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by notifying us. kelyphite may end or suspend your access at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you are breaching these Terms of Service or acting unethically.

When access ends, all rights granted to you under these Terms of Service also end. You must stop using the service and delete all copies of content obtained through it.

Provisions on limitation of liability, ownership rights, and dispute resolution remain in effect after these Terms of Service end.
